Preparation is the first step in the process of removing oil from oilseeds. The best method for preparation will depend on the type of oilseed and the intended market for the products generated after oil removal. Applications of oilseeds preparation equipments

For soybean,penaut,cottonseed,canola,rapeseed sunflower applications,Henan Doing Company provides complete preparation systems for pre-pressing and full pressing.
For either the pre-press or full-press processes, the seed is conditioned after cleaning, followed by flaking and cooking, where the seed is heated and dried. The seed is then mechanically pressed to remove the oil.
For pre-press processes, the resulting press cake is cooled and sent to solvent extraction workshop.
For full pressing, the press cake is cooled and sent to grinding or storage.
The oil is sent to clrication machine for clarification.
