The Nigerian client completed the payment and sent the remittance slip in the last week of August 2025, and the funds were successfully credited to Henan Glory's account in early September 2025.

The sterilization process for palm fruits aims to soften the fruits, increase their moisture content, and facilitate subsequent oil extraction. Additionally, it inhibits the decomposition of lipolytic enzymes, prevents an increase in the free fatty acid content of palm fruits, and ensures the quality of crude palm oil. Compared with boiling sterilizer, steam sterilizer offers higher automation, greater sterilization efficiency, and a superior ability to maintain the quality stability of crude palm oil. It can further enhance the oil quality, output, and production efficiency of the client's palm oil production line.

The steam sterilizer for a palm oil production line purchased by the client is key upgrade equipment for its existing 2tph double screw palm oil pressing line. The client initially ordered this 2tph double screw palm oil pressing line from Henan Glory in 2023. Following its installation and commissioning conducted by our team from late February to July 2025, the line is now gradually moving towards the production phase. In July, during an on-site visit by our engineers to inspect the installation progress and attend to after-sales matters, the client raised a request to upgrade their existing boiling sterilizer to a steam sterilizer. From the client's request submission in July, to discussions on specifications, confirmation of payment terms, and finalization of production details in August, and ultimately to the successful receipt of funds in early September, our team maintained a responsive and professional stance throughout the entire process.
