This is a 5tph palm oil processing equipment prototype made by the engineers of Henan Doing Company according to the Malaysia Indonesia large scale palm oil processing process. It contains sterilizer(use steam), drum thresher, digester, screw palm oil press, vibrating screen, crude oil clarification tank, plate filter, oil dry system and oil storage tank. This set of palm oil processing equipment has the features of stable operation, energy saving and high oil extraction rate.
Besides the steam sterilization palm oil processing process mentioned in this video, Henan Doing Company can also design water boiled sterilization palm oil processing process and simple type palm oil processing process to making palm oil.
