For extracting oil from palm fruits, you will have to start by harvesting fresh fruit bunchs and keeping them ready for the next stage of palm oil production.

The traditonal palm oil processing process is different with modern palm oil processing process. The traditional palm oil extraction process is as follows:

After harvesting, people usually separate palm fruit manually. And then use hot water to make the palm fruit be soft. Through this step, palm oil will be more easier extract. Next the people will break the palm fruits into pulps, and then using the palm oil press machine to press the crude palm oil. After the above palm oil extraction process, we will get crude palm oil and the mixture of palm cake and fiber. Till this step does not mean the end of palm oil extraction process, we still need palm oil clarification step to make the palm oil clean and pure.

Compare to traditional palm oil processing process, the modern palm oil processing process will be more convenient and faster.

After harvesting, we ususally use palm fruit sterilizer machine to make the fresh palm fruit bunches(FFB) be soft. Next the treated palm fuit will be sent to palm fruit thresher machine to separate palm fruit and palm fruit bunches. In order to get more palm oil , before pressing, the palm fruit will through a palm oil digesting process to break the palm fruits into pulps, and then using the palm oil press machine to press the crude palm oil. After oil pressing, there are some fibers and other impurities in the crude palm oil, after clarification, you will get the cleaning CPO. To extend its storage time and make palm oil more stable, we also need to use drying machine to remove the water of the palm oil.
