This diesel-powered palm oil expeller, with a capacity of 500kg/h, has been well received by the customer for its high oil yield, user-friendly operation, and reliable performance. Its production capacity meets the needs of small and medium-sized palm plantations for efficient processing. Moreover, since the expeller is diesel-powered, it is particularly suitable for areas with unstable electricity supply, such as many regions in Africa, ensuring continuous and efficient production. This purchase will enable the customer to transition from traditional manual processing to mechanized production.

The Italian customer heads a local non-profit organization that runs a palm plantation in Côte d'Ivoire. Previously, the organization relied on a small, manually-operated oil press system with a daily output of only about 40kg. With backing from Italian supporters, the customer decided to upgrade to a more efficient palm oil production solution to enhance productivity and support more sustainable operations. After comparing multiple suppliers, the customer was impressed by the cost-effectiveness and reliable quality of our expeller and chose to work with us. The initial inquiry was made through the platform on July 17, 2025, and after detailed technical discussions and confirmation from both sides, the order was officially confirmed on September 9.
