And then we use our palm oil digester to digest the palm fruit into pulp and nut, and also through the digester, part oil will be digested out, which will reduce the pressure of the palm oil extraction machine.

Operation steps of the palm oil extraction machine:
First, open the inverted switch of the palm oil extraction machine, the spinner handle will back to the end.
Second, use the palm fruit as trail, when the palm fruit can come out from the outlet, it means the palm oil extraction machine works well.
Third, change the palm oil extraction machine switch to Forwarder switch, the spinner handle will go forwarder, at the same time, switch the button of pressure, start from 5MPa to 6MPa to 7MPa, to 8MPa, to higher MPa,
At the same time, observe the kernel fiber, if the fiber is dry and has not too much oil, there is no need to add pressure. If the fiber is wet and has oil on it, you need to add the pressure one MPa By one Mpa to the suitable pressure level.
After pressed, the crude oil will flow out from bottom.
