The 50tpd soybean oil refining machines customized for the client is specially optimized for the characteristics of soybean crude oil—aiming at the high phospholipid content in soybean oil, the equipment has upgraded the degumming process to effectively remove colloidal impurities, which avoids soybean oil turbidity during storage. It also integrates advanced deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization machines: the deacidification stage adopts alkaline refining deacidification technology, which can efficiently neutralize free fatty acids in crude soybean oil; the decolorization stage uses activated clay with precise dosage control to ensure the finished oil presents a natural light yellow color; the deodorization stage relies on vacuum high-temperature deodorization to retain the bean fragrance of soybean oil while eliminating off-odors. In addition, the fully continuous operation mode of the machines realizes 24-hour stable production, which reduces the labor input by half, greatly lowering the client’s production costs.
