Decolorization process and technology of edible oil

Bleaching is one of the key processes in fats and oils refining, designed to remove not only pigments, but also a wide range of other impurities. Edible oil decolorization process is also called bleaching process.  At first we use vacuum system to make decolorized tank vacuum status.  Add degumming & deacidification edible oil into decolorization tank, then heat by high temperature for dewatering.  Then add white clay, white clay have the absorption effect, it is mainly for removing the color and make oil more clear.
