Rapeseed oil solvent extraction plant is the second step in cooking oil making machine .Product (cake from cooking oil press section) is carried into solvent extraction palnt.There are still much oil in cake.Solvent sprays onto cake so that cooking oil can be easily extracted. Then we can get high yield cooking oil .

Main processes of rapeseed oil solvent extraction plant:
The pretreated rapeseed cakes are sent to rapeseed oil solvent extraction plant. The plant uses a kind of solvent(normal hexane) to absorb the oil from rapeseed cake, and then the machines separate the solvent from crude rapeseed oil, solvent is used for recycling and crude rapeseed oil is refined by refinery plant.

1>Extracting：To extract the oil in the cake by solvent, the general solvent is 6# extraction solvent oil or commercial hexane.
2>Desolventising: To remove and recover the solvent in the meal; Dry and cool down the meal at the same time.
3>Evaporating and stripping: Heating the the miscella by indirect steam, so that can vaporize the solvent and concentrate the miscella.
4>Solvent recycling: This process is to recover the solvent, decrease solvent comsuption, keep safety prodution and improve product quality.
